Time, I am forced to setup a dummy email address for her that the computer will be forever tied to, and that will cause a myriad of files and one drive folders to be created - causing additional confusion and frustration, not to mention issues

The late hour I text the new associate (a Mom during first week of school at 10pm) to send me the code when I register the computer using her phone number. Message “you cannot setup the computer using a work or school account.” Wait, what?!?! It gives me the option to set it up using a phone number instead. I tried everything possible to setup the first new computer using the new Microsoft email account. Was excited that the associates then could link their new laptops with their office 365 account for easy synchronization with One Drive, Sharepoint and Office programs. I went out and purchased 4 new surface laptops for my associates last night after finally getting my Office 365 account setup with the employees email addresses.
